Sorry but out of pure curiosity, I have to ask whether you don`t have Fleet for Huo Huo at all or just forgot to put it? XD. (Or has Ruan Mei stripped her?) Nice to see Sampo together with BS And Pan Galactic Welt is a really interesting move. I keep mine as a sub dps but he has 0 ehr I don`t know where to get so thanks for the idea!

Can somobody tell me if i need to pull luocha sig light cone and what would be the difference between sig lc and multiplication s5 cuz i dont have any 4* abundunce lc(if possible in healing numbers)? Thanks in advance.
