我都建議如果屋企入面有老人家👵行動不便🧑‍🦼(如柏金遜、阿滋海默症等），絕對要考慮申請disable Blue badge ❤。千祈唔好怕尷尬。有嘅話呢!!以上所有雙黃線而curb 上面無雙線話no loading 都可以免費泊車，基本上九成唔需要睇牌。😅 Appeal 告票嘅成功率亦非常高。😊😊

@@appwhats. 去local council 網站申請。要醫生證明、最好有詳細資料及信件解䆁點解行動不便。基本上15 分鐘內不能完成500m 距離，已經算是有活動障礙。

And there is a 5 min observation rule before a PCN be issued. People need time to pay at a parking meter or by other means. That means you can sit inside a car and wait 5 min then leave the space without paying.

英國泊街超級煩，都係泊室內停車場穩陣，我泊法國瑞士都冇咁煩，通常星期一至六早上9點到12點，下午2點到18點收費，巴黎到20點，以前巴黎成個八月份都係免費泊街位，不過改咗依家就要收費，Lyon依家都係八月份免費泊街，紅區除外，巴士線有時走錯入去都唔怕，一來冇相機二來如果唔識路行錯啲人係會接受嘅，瑞士就有好多免費泊車位，不過你要有紙鍾，指明到達時間，有啲兩個鐘有啲三個鐘，而我又好似冇見過有禁止上落客貨區，如果喺瑞士泊室內停車場，記得留意係可唔可以尾入，佢哋會有寫，入錯會罰得好金㗎！睇完條片我都係好怕喺英國揸車，怕俾佢哋罰到破產😂😂😂

There is a grace period of 10 min. That applies after your paid parking period expires for all pay by phone or pay by apps parking space. A law enacted some years ago I believe.

Most resident permit only space are not frequently checked and policed. If local residents complain, no permit parking would be trouble. But in places I see plenty of empty space, I will try my luck. I am so far quite lucky in the past two years parking around. But on busy streets ... it is always busy lah, and shops around need loading unloading, I would not try my luck there, and probably monitored by cam too for those streets.😅😅

不正確，你把泊車和 loading 混淆了，不準泊車但可以loading, 有些街全日不準泊車但容許某時段loading.

@@2sistersinuk 其實不需要太複雜，亦不想多，正面d去睇路牌標示便可以，首先，load人同貨都叫loading, 第二，例明不準泊車，又冇講可以loading，咁就甚麼都不能做，第三，標示可以泊車但冇叫買ticket，咁就系免費泊車，第四，冇司機坐系架車，咁就叫做泊車，如何泊車就睇標示典寫，若有司機就吾系泊車，若然標示不能停車等侯而又冇講可以loading，咁即系甚麼都不能做，路牌標示系需要由上至下睇，不需要自己去諗得太複雜。
