婆婆又来咯!今天来分享这道“斋菜”~
把自己喜欢的菇类和蔬菜放进瓦煲里、加入煎香的豆泡及腐竹一起焖煮出一道美味斋料理!蔬菜的香甜和豆制品的鲜豆香味,绝对让你回味无穷~
材料 Ingredients:
- 一包鸿禧菇 1 pack of beech mushroom
- 6-8粒冬菇 6-8 piece of shiitake mushroom
- 4-5个杏鲍菇 4-5 of king oyster mushroom
- 素的猴头菇 mushroom meat
- 半颗西兰花 half Brocolli
- 半条红萝卜 half carrot
- 红辣椒 red chilli
- 半包的鲜腐竹 half pack of fresh soy stick
- 1/3 包的日本豆泡 1/3 pack of Japanese tofu puff
- 一汤匙的素蚝油 1 tbsp of vegetarian oyster sauce
- 半汤匙的糖 half tbsp of sugar
