I don't consider myself a super skilled player, but demon of hatred was pretty easy after learning him as well. Even with my crap reactions, I took nearly no damage(most I took was from being unable to react to his bull charge).. the idea is basically to become a boss yourself - he should fear you and not him, ALWAYS rush to him no matter what and always dodge to his right. When he makes distance - only run STRAIGHT at him, you fear no demon, he fears you, he will barely miss all his 'long range' attacks this way. On his 'fire bolt' skill - hold W+D to approach closer to him so you can land a few free hits. All his melee is not dangerous at all - you either block his leg or if he puts up leg you just go to the right/behind him. If you see him doing a 'flame fist' hit W+D(the holy combo) until he hits second flame fist spin, then you can start attacking. Also notice how he staggers 2 times in a battle at approximately 70% and 25% HP - those not only interrupt ANYTHING he does(so if you memorise the exact spot of HP bar, you can often OVERCOMMIT to reach it) but also let you deal around 15% of free damage depending on your attack damage stat, I had 11 on 1st journey(so a total of ~30%) On the other hand - this dude also posted a final boss no damage, that's MUCH more insane... even after learning final boss and hirata estate owl prime bosses, I still only have a 'chance' at beating them at all, not really guaranteed to(the spear phase of final boss is ridiculous).. as for owl - he is weird, kinda slow and predictable, but somehow manages to get me more than most other bosses once in a while.

@@hentaicheg I disagree. I think final boss is ridiculously easy. It only took me 30 minutes to learn his patterns and I could pretty much beat him without using half my gourd at that point. I think almost every boss in DS1 is harder than the final boss. Demon of Hatred on the other hand... This is on par with DS 1 bosses. I just can't fight giant monsters to save my life. Put a dude with a sword in front of me and I have no issues whatsoever. Isshin, Owl 1/2, I don't care. They're extremely easy to do damage-less in my honest opinion. But big monsters just make me rage uncontrollably. They are so unfun to fight that I just don't want to even play anymore.

@@Summer_Tea follow my tips and you will beat him even with brain numb reflexes like me and without needing to think much.. you literally always sprint at him and he is helpless.. I take most of his bull charges and still win, as that's the only thing I can't really react good to. Final boss is 'easy' if you cheese him by running around... other than that - he is reflexes test, something I dislike a lot, as I am getting old for this shit >>
