@@maryfontenelle8633 Is not banned anymore, it got edited but ironically they just cut out scenes which were considered violent or too much blood. So some scenes with Ye Zun got cut out. And some discourse that seemed too political was cut out too. But the version from KZfaq is all right.

The novel is so much better/dirtier 😉. I'm really sad that China censored SO MUCH. Spoiler alert: in the novel, it's not lollipops he has, it's cigarettes. Also, it is a lot steamier. You'll get makeout sessions and they almost sleep together, but I haven't gotten very far because I'm reading it on Wattpad, and author who's translated quite a bit so far. They've gotten a little past where it's found out that Shen Wei is the cloaked figure, oh!...well, just read the novel, I HEAVILY recommend it.

I am actually so happy for the censorship in shows like this, Untamed and Word of Honor. Hear me out, in most romance shows they just default to "I love you" and kiss/smex and physically show love but it feels so empty. Here, they can't physically show it or say it but it comes out in everything they do for each other, the looks, the deeds, the everyday moments that prove their feelings. I love the soulmates bond so much more than the outwardly romantic ones. Only in the not telling do we really come to bond with them all the more. No better hetero love story than those three shows pulled off with censorship riding them all the way. They are my heart and obsession.

I’m crying this is my new favourite (comedic) Guardian video. 😂 Everything in here is pure gold. All the Zhao Yunlan x Shen Wei flirting (and yes the 10 000 yrs for one night plot change sucks, but let’s just imagine he was there for longer). You are right that the scenes are cute though hehe. Also wow Chu’s actor does look good shirtless lol. This video has proven to me that I need more shipping videos of Chu and Guo. Seriously they’re also so cute (why do they get to hug and not the main ship though gah). I love those two dorks asjakfl and I can’t wait to see their relationship develop too. Also YeZun assuming Shen Wei and Yunlan have such a flirty relationship is hilarious. Thank you Lord YeZun for providing us with flirty Shen Wei and Yunlan. I do love how Yunlan saw right through the act lol. Yunlan longing for news from Shen Wei is also 👌 I’d love to see video(s) including scenes from when the iconic scene of Shen Wei taking a hit for Yunlan asjakfl (maybe even including the cut bit where he grabs Yunlan’s hand). And last of all I love that this show is hardly trying to hide the gay haha. Shen Wei’s love is undeniable. ;w; Anyway, sorry for the long comment, but seriously-bless everything in this video. I watched some of it while out with family and friends at a restaurant and could barely hold my laughter. Now that I’ve experienced the real thing, this is one of my new favourites. 😆

You should read Heaven Official's Blessing (Tian Guan Ci Fu), it's another novel from MDZS's author and IT IS AMAZING, I CAN'T EVEN FIND THE WORDS TO EXPLAIN IT BUT IT IS GREAT. The plot is amazingly well thought and developed, the characters are freacking loveable and adorable... I really recommend it. It also has an adaptation in manhua, tho it is fairly new and not completed yet, and it can get confusing sometimes bc they shorten the plot sometimes, but the art is so well made. And it is going to get a donghua adaptation in 2020 and it looks SICK
