很感謝Dr Rex 常常給我們講解醫學知識,不知可否講解一下什麼是Fibromyalgia ,我的病徵包括全身每個系統都在生病:倦怠與睡眠障礙(一直覺得好瞌睡,但又睡不好,常感覺睡不飽)、認知功能干擾(記憶力與專注力變差)、頭痛、下腹痛或腸胃絞痛、下肢小腿睡眠時持續酸痛,憂鬱、焦慮,此外像是異常感覺(皮膚如針刺或蟲蟻爬行的感覺)與胃食道逆流、頻尿、急尿等也偶有表現,interstitial cystitis ,醫生嘗試給我不同的藥物如精神科藥,鴉片止痛藥都沒有效用,這是一個很痛苦的病症!

Dr.Rex, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and professional advice. Have been benefited a lot. My parents are in their high 80s. They have degenerative changes in their joints, but they are still determined to have morning walk everyday. When my dad was admitted in the hospital for several weeks, he was bedridden and cannot do much. It was very obvious that he lost so much muscles and we felt so helpless. Thank you again for reminding us the important things. I also shared with my in-laws in their 70s. God bless you, Dr. Rex. 🙏 ❤

I have learnt, through other videos presented by medical professionals, that each cell in our body has a memory. If we continue to remain active in our 60's and 70's while open to learning new skills and acquire new knowledge, our hippocampus is stimulated and we are less likely to degenerate, mentally and physically.
