I think it's because their voice acter is same person. UTAU is old one and SVAI is new one.

@@miso3394 vocal synths don’t have voice actors, they’re called voice providers (VP). and i think they meant that the uploader just tuned SynthV Teto similarly to the UTAU

aside from how well the vocals of both tetos fit this song, it's an added bonus that bring it on is a song about growing up, just like our darling teto did so well 🩷 she sings that she wants to grow up, but she really truly already did.
