Ingredients 用料:
2 pork hocks (pork knuckle) 猪肘子
Half an onion 洋葱
3 star anise 八角
1 cinnamon 桂皮
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn 花椒
1/2 tsp black pepper 黑胡椒
4 bay leaves 香叶
1.5 tbsp salt 盐
1 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp dark soy sauce 老抽
1 tbsp cooking wine 花雕料酒
Rock sugar 冰糖
Ginger 姜
Garlic 蒜
Green onions 葱
Black pepper 黑胡椒粉
Smoked paprika 烟熏甜椒粉
White vinegar 白醋
Cooking oil 食用油
