This is probably the only set from every lineage of Hung Kuen that remains nearly intact. I'm glad this set looks the same no matter which sifu performs it. Nice performance!

A form is a strict set of movements because it was made so. The movements could have been ANY movements, so long as they flowed uninterruptedly. Any single movement can be made to be offensive in nature, or defensive in nature. Uninterruptedness is what makes the movements work.

I learnt this form from three different Sifus but unfortunately they were all different in one way or another. I know this is a very old form and some people regard it as main pillar of hung gar /hung kun. I know the original version is actually recorded on a text book in Chinese. Is this the original version of this form?
