I agree man keep pushing! one of the only ways bodybuilding will be a success is that you have to be alittle addicted to it that is what yeilds results. Persistance is key in bodybuilding and that is one of the ways to succeed in it. Alot of times the people that are not into it wont get it.

+liam cuthbert - Well said mate! That quote is so simple but yet so effective and means a lot! A lot of people (including myself) have used that in the past to shut people up who always seem to have a problem with me going to the gym daily and dieting and eating right!

These guys have a tremendous work ethic and discipline! They achieve something with their bodies that can only be imagined by few and is inconceivable to many. The dedication and persistence they display to create such massive, balanced physiques is nothing short of amazing. It is a sport but, more importantly, it is a science. Educate yourself before you speak.
