Great review! I'm new to the gimbal scene. Is it possible to have the camera pointed straight down? Seems the camera would always be pointing straight ahead if balanced correctly? I've also heard that the fill light kinda blocks the tilt axis enough that it limits the full range of motion on the tilt axis. Would that be an issue to tilt the camera straight down?

Well when setting the gimbal (i.e. setting the balance) you can then adjust the camera to point straight down with the joystick or control wheel. The straight ahead set up is just for initial balancing.

I bought one last week but i found big problem on it, its not turning on ! given me error message ! i don't know how i can fixe this problem !

Well hard to say what the fix is (anyone reading this is welcome to chip in!). Assuming the camera has being placed and balanced on the gimbal, it might be an issue of not being fully charged. Otherwise I’d recommend contacting the After Sales Zhiyun service for technical issues.
