did you noticed that g300 is brighter than g200? Because based on the specs on their website, g200 clocks in at 85800 Lux (max mode @ 4300k) and the g300 is only 81100 Lux (max mode @ 4300k) with 1M + Standard reflector

I'm planning on getting 2 lights for indoor studio use and for weddings as well. I'm contemplating between getting either 2x this MOLUS G300 or the Amaran 300c, which one would you rather recommend ? thank you

if you going outdoors, im assuming you are since you do doing wedding? then you might want to look at something more weather resistent my friend.

is the swivel mechanism geared inside or has hard stops?

you referring to the buttons to adjust brightness and CCT? if so no, its inifite turnable, and its clickable to adjust incremental settings

Can the g300 match the aputure light in brightness?

Does the G200 put out as much light at the Aperture 300?

only if you boost it to max, on paper both is 300w but stablility i would recommend the aperture since its designed for 300w long term use, i would chose the G300 over G200 if you want higher output.

Bowens mount is still plastic in the G300 🤔

HIGHLIY MISLEADING because the power supply and cable needs a separate backpack of their own while let's say, light like godox has the powersource included, so which is actually taking less backpacks?

i would differ actually, thats the whole point of the design. it makes it smaller and easier to pack instead of one large piece thats ridged. Also think about mounting. its easier to uphold one signle lighter fixture (especially if you are at a angle working against gravity) vs a bigger one piece thats heavier.

The light is small but you neeed a separate room just for the power supply 🤣🤣
