Hey did you notice that with the Galaxy S7 if you position the phone where you can plug it in, the gimbal tips over because of the positioning?

Thank you for your full video with the test footages. I bought now this modell, used, via Ebay for 15,- Euros only. Very happy, so cheap and good. Greetings from sw germany - to Spain ? Ok, much better weather, as in GB.

I've had the same issue with smooth-C as soon as I connect my phone. So what do you suggest for counterweight with Mic attached. Is there an aftermarket counterweight we can buy?

Could you do me a favor? Can you switch in the mode where the phone can be moved left and right. Then move the grip in horizontal position (more or less) Then turn the phone to the very left... If you now move the grip a little up or down (depends) I get horrible vibrations and the gimbal is not usable anymore in that position. I tested 2 Smooth Q and both have the same behavior, which is actually a NO GO. Can you check, if that happens to you as well Firmware is 1.6.0

Great video. According to Zhiyun, it can only fit 6" phones. But your video showed it has no problem with the gigantic 6.44" Mi Max.

I have the smooth cII and it has a hard time when I use my iPhone SE portrait mode with the Insta360 nano because of the weight. I was wondering if this may fix that by means of the balance, but what you´ve showed with the Rode microphone kinda turned me down. Still looking for a portrait vertical gimbal which will take a phone with the insta360 nano on top

What's the charging time for this? It says 2.5 hours on the manual but it also says when charging is complete it shows a green light. I charged it for way longer than 2.5 hours but there's still no green light. I'm not sure if I'm overcharging it or if my device is defective.

I bought this for my Samsung S7 and while I love it there is a problem with this particular phone. The S7's camera is in the middle of the phone and a bit further in from the edge. When it's in the gimbal, you can see the motor on the right side of the camera. Pulling the phone further to the left doesn't work because to balance it you pull the bracket towards the right thus bringing the camera in the same position as before. Only way to use it, is by holding the gimbal at a 45 degree angle or make a counter weight to put on the bottom of the phone and pull it further to the left.

The footage I have shot only appears within the Zhiyun app on my phone (I'm using an iPhone 8 Plus). The footage doesn't appear in my usual Photos folder where all my photos and videos automatically get saved to. Is this right?

Hello, How to properly calibrate this thing? When I proceed the application calibration it stills end up a little tilted to the left in horizontal axis.

Hey there-great video. What I'm wondering is why the "app" for Smooth 2 needs access to "make and manage phone calls" I don't understand this when you download the app to operate the phone and in the Android store everyone is complaining that it crashes and lacks shoot mode options like landscape. I'm wondering if you can clue me in with the controlling the phone call request???? And should I be seriously concern with granting this option request?

What are you doing to get your s7 to look that good after upload. I've got the smooth q and the s7 for my next season of gold rush. But I tried to upload a video. And it looked great on the phone and on edit but then after upload to KZfaq the quality dropped?

My husband bought this for me in 2017 as a Christmas gift. I like it a lot. Went to UK in 2018 for our summer vacation and had a hard time using it. Now that is 2020, I’m trying to use it again. I want to know what do you think happen to all the picture that got saved on the app. I can’t seem to find them.

Hi sweetie, loved your presentation!, I have a small youtube channel, so my lovely daughters gave me this gimbal for Mothers day, Your review makes it look very easy to use, but I am nervous as being older I am not 100% sure what I am doing. Do I have to connect it to BlueTooth? I wish you had explained that part, as the booklet that comes in the box is useless. I think the plastic on the handle also helps to keep the battery a tad bit warmer, especially when using the gimbal in cold weather. Ultimately improving battery life.

I tested it on the Smooth 3 (new model) in the review video, it only works if your 3.5mm jack is at the top.
