I love this story. This couple is a total scream. #5 seems like a useless playboy but is really clever and creative. Look for the nice things he makes for his Amazon. He designs storage for her weapons collection and creates "snow" when she is homesick. It is really sweet. The best one is #? with all the wives who can't stand him. He is so clueless. These two brothers are very funny. The best scene is when Brothers #? and #6 join forces to collect debts. This is most enjoyable. I will definitly watch it again but I would ask that someone fix the subtitles so that they don't go back to Chinese after every scene change in the same episode.

It's all cool in a show, but in real life, Shangguan (#5's wife) and #3 (the debt collector) would be considered abusive. Sure, they don't intend to be malicious, but most abusers don't. Just look at what they do. Shangguan hits her husband whenever she's not pleased with what he says and has little control over how hard, often injuring him in the process. #3 forces young girls to be his women without regards for what they want, and then holds the nice things he's done for them as leverage to control them. He insists that they conform to his standards of beauty, forcing them to lose weight to the point of starvation. In what world are either of these two people's behaviors okay? Intent doesn't justify their actions.

Personally I am against that entire system of forced arranged marriages and polygamy to begin with. The idea that men can cheat their wives financially, emotionally and physically is insulting and infuriating. Abusers DO act with malice to demean, control and dominate. They may be sorry afterward but they meant it at the moment they committed the act. Number 5 was a lazy, weakling, an underachiever. Shanggun was more masculine. She was rough and could hurt him without meaning to or even trying. She was not an emotionally crippled coward using fear to dominate her husband. She was dominant but somehow they met in the middle. Abusers never meet anyone half way. Number 3 personified the concept of Noblesse Oblige, a ridiculous idea that those who are superior owe it to those who are inferior to make their lives better. Well, who gets to decide who is superior or inferior. He was annoying and irritating but he wasn't abusive. He stepped on the line a couple of times like when he got angry over the contraceptives and when he tried to shut down their business. I think he tried to ground them once but they sneaked out anyway. #3 was offensive but not abusive. He was too outnumbered to break the wills of those women. Finally, #3 was finally able to see the error of his ways. When he was lectured by the Uncle and saw himself as his wives saw him and connected with his wives so that they could all hear each other's thoughts, that was my second favorite scene in the whole story. At that moment he was truly married not just wedded to those women. That scene was a work of art. The abusive one was the Elder Brother. He seemed to be the favorite who was in charge. He was cruel to his wife. He was miserable to the second wife. He isolated her and kept her under lock and key. He allowed the first wife to torment her. He was violent. He wouldn't allow a doctor when she was ill. Second Wife was depressed, oppressed and on her way to being possessed when she finally was rescued. That guy was one evil SOB and I was glad when he was banished. To some degree abuse is defined by how it is perceived and how it is responded to.

@@joiionni2186 I agree, both 5th and 3rd had a character evolution. The relationships were abusive and clearly not healthy, but they evolved with time and got better. And the humour was top chef.

Будет интересно тем, кто хочет поближе познакомиться с культурой, этикой и повседневным бытом Древнего Китая. Романтическая линия о-о-очень сильно затянута. Главный герой - привлекательный и достойный человек, идущий по пути Дао. Красивые костюмы, интерьеры и экстерьеры, отличная музыка. Много юмора. Никакой гадости, приятное послевкусие.

Lo mismo en este primer capítulo que he visto me he reído un montón 😂 aco de terminar de ver el drama Adiós mi princesa, y fue muy trágico, muchas sangre derramada y triste final ... Y este drama es más refrescante y relajado, espero que no haya tragedia y tenga un agradable final

Актриса- Главная героиня- просто неудача фильма... Ни о чем... В результате фильм не такой интересный, как мог бы быть ... Все остальные актеры и сюжет замечательны...

Какой у этой девушки подростковый и недоразвитой голос. Разговаривает как запуганный ребёнок. Видимо подростковый и испуганный голос для них норма. Хотя есть актрисы с прекрасными твёрдым и голосами именно женскими, а не детскими как у нашей героини.

Нет отвратительнее зрелища , чем жрущая женщина.К сожалению , у девушек нет культуры еды.Как вести себя за столом и чем питаться - это проблема.Не поедают , а пожирают всё , что видят.Кроме желудка есть ещё и мозг, но не все им пользуются.
