When I got there the woman was talking with her colleague, I stood quietly with my innocent face, then she said "yes?!" to me, so I started explaining that I wanted to change my receipt, instantly she got angry and was yelling at me that can't I see she's talking and I'm interrupting her, that I don't have good home training... I got back to the hostel that day feeling so bad A day I can never forget
