Painful to watch how much staining material is being wasted in this lab. Use Coplin jars or some other method to reduce the amount of staining solutions and rinses is being used per slide. Great instructional video.

Dont use too much of water.......it may was wash off the smear as well as the stain......and the end result would not be as expected.

After every procedure they can't clean the lab, after completing all tests they clean it by the end of the day! and for water, they are not wasting it but they are using the water in the procedure of identifying the micro organisms that causing the infection or disease which is useful to give proper treatment to particular disease, that's it, so they are not wasting the water!
