Ultimately, live music is about putting on a show. So, with this level of passion, joy & complete control, packaged up with a sparkly outfit and MASSIVE hair, I can certainly see why she has the gig. 10/10, let's see some more!

She is a force on the drums. Love it. And to the other guys, stop referring to her gender. It doesn’t make a difference if a person is female or male or whatever. We are all humans. And this human is a force of nature. Over and out. ❤

Why can't her gender be referred to, you did. I would go so far as to say her gender can even be celebrated. There are women who are proud to be women. Yes, we are all human and that's great too. Even in today's hyper-sensitive gender vague society I think it's still okay to be a woman. Just so happens she's a great drummer.

One of my favorite bands of all time. Saw them for the first time in Croke Park in 1985 for the Once Upon A Time tour. Great album and a great concert.

What a fantastic rendition of a straight 4/4 with simplistic fills. As good as many a early teenager in their bedroom. And the explanation of the specific sounds for such complex rhythmic gymnastics? I'm blown away. Surely the best auditionee for this job, on pure merit, by a country mile.

We saw SM about 3 years ago. Not knowing at the time who Cherisse was, I kept telling my wife "Watch the drummer, she's awesome!"

My eyes are always glued to the drummer in any band . I dig Cherisse’s drumming . I saw the Jools holland episode where they played “Don’t you forget about me “ which caught my attention . I remember seeing the simple minds on tv when they played Live Aide . Been a fan since .

I bought tx for SM last US tour expecting to finally here Mel Gaynor live. Was a bit put off when I found out Cherisse was the drummer. All that faded QUICKLY - holy shizzle, she is a great drummer and brings a massive, positive vibe to the show. Long may she rock.
