The street food in India is as diverse as the language or culture in the country... Every place, city and state has its own street food.. Sometimes the dish may seems same in name but the presentation and taste differ in different cities. Each as tasty and lip smacking as the other..

@@99GT70 ummm I would differ from this bro.. Their bakery and Confectionery game is strong. They have their own food and yes they have many varieties that we are unaware of. But one thing for sure is.. The flavour profile and varieties in a single dish that Indian street food has to offer is nowhere to be found in the world. We have our mastery in bringing all kind of taste profile in a single dish and that too healthy.

We use steel and aluminum plates/dishes, because when we serve food in them, it enriches food with some iron and chromium in it, as you might be knowing that Minerals, Vitamins, Calcium, Iron are essential nutrients for our body. So we use Steel/Aluminium dishes.

You are very fortunate living in Russia with many genuine and sincere people like yourselves, this is why Indians love Russia. Can you say is it more expensive to live in Russia or India? I think in Russia it would be more difficult to do street start up as it's very cold most of the year and also you have to eat outside most of the time.

We use Mustard Oil in our Food Mustard oil is rich in vitamin B complex, vitamin A, vitamin E, calcium, protein and omega 3 fatty acids. This reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Excessive use of anything can be harmful
