Season 3 Episode 11 (Transitioning) features the Legendary Zimbo from the Legendary Birmingham group S.L.A.S.H. This was another great no holds barred, Realer Than Most conversation that’s a must watch for anyone from the S.L.A.S.H era. After Zimbo gives us his life story so far, we put him through the ‘RTM Fire Round’ before getting into the ‘Current Affairs’ which included the school girl getting strip-searched by police whilst she was on her period, Dizzee Rascal getting found guilty and other recent news. The main subject was ‘Transitioning’ which we spoke about during the whole episode and the ‘RTM Dilemma’ and ‘Book Suggestion’ closed the show as usual. It's not just about skill set. The problem is knowing how to conduct yourself in a working environment. Compose emails/business language/body language etc. It's much deeper than degrees. Love the episode guys.

Yooo keep doing your thing zimbo! We as black people who come from the “hood” are fully lost and stuck so they don’t understand anything positive! But they will understand the foolishness. In the hood this is the mentality, being bad is good and being good is bad! It’s that simple! But you have to break away from that environment and live your positive peaceful life you will always have the last laugh!
