let me tell you some tips for a more authentc burger. i have been doing research on this since 3 years now.. the tips are. 1. if you are getting your protein(Chicken thighs) fresh , then plz dont freeze them..it will be way less jucier. 2. your chicken will taste absolutelu amazing if you put any seasoning into your"breading" or dip the patty in a sauce right after it;s cooked.or sprinkle seasoning on it right after cooking. 3. making your own chilli garlic/ginger paste will actually be way more tastier and better if you made your own.. 4.chicken can be double fried to make it even more crispy..fry first @ 375f for two minutes..after fry @ 200f for 6-8 minutes. trust me your chicken will be way more juicier. 5.make buns better...ik you are tight on budget..but just try making it a brioche 6. your packaging is way too posh considering your cafe size...make it a bit simple..you perhaps is spending too much on it...after all the packaging ends up in a trash bin
