Zinger burgers
Ingredients
For burgers buns
2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1/3 cup oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg

For
Zinger burgers
2 chicken breast
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp vinegar
For coating mix
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt

Method
First knead dough combine all the dough ingredients & knead a soft dough & let it proof for 30-45 mins in a warm place or until doubled in size.
Then knead it again & portion small size balls of it. ( with this you will make 6-7 balls)
And let it rest for 15-20 mins , then brush them with egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven for 12-18 mins at 180 degree celsius.
For zingers cut chicken breast use meat hammer or knife to smash it & then poke them with knife.
Add the spices for marination & chicken & let it marinate for atleast 30mins
After that coat it with egg & then flour mix .
Deep fry until crisp & golden brown.
