I went to Zion and had THE WORST time! It was seriously a horrible experience. Got into Springdale around 9am, waited 30 minutes to pay and get into the park, circled the parking lots for 45 minutes to find parking, spent 50 minutes waiting in the shuttle bus line, was then crammed into the shuttle where personal space is non existent and the B.O. was real!
I did a one mile hike next to the river, wanted to go to another trail, had to catch a shuttle. Proceeded to let the next 4 shuttles pass because they were filled. After 25 minutes, we forced ourselves on a shuttle. Again, no personal space existed and we were sardines. Got off the shuttle to have lunch, ate, decided fuck this, I'm leaving!
