Mr. Zion, kindly reorient and train ur cameraman on field shooting or videoing. He seems to b so used to d interview type of shots that he finds it difficult to follow and shoot real activities or images on d field. For example, he did a bad job on d palm wine video. Instead of focusing and shooting d action either u or palm wine tapper was explaining, he rather focused on d person talking. There were few instances u had prompt him to zoom and shoot d activity going on. So kindly train him if u r to successful field video next time. My humble opinion. Thanks.
