I saw a guy he sowed the part with the snap drilled it off and sowed it togther and the frount detached the string and er sowed that togther and glued it also roughfing up the leather drill holes for the old snap area

I have bought two pieces (black and brown) with the metal clips. It is incredibly practical. Fortunately, ZIPPO has solved the scratching issue inside the pouch! I also highly recommend to check the concrete piece directly in the shop. Many pouches are too tight!!! But you can find a perfect product quite easily! BTW..thank you for this video.

Chrome tanned leather unfinished edges. I made one of these with vegetable tanned leather no belt loop.

I had that pouch cuz the seller sent me the wrong one instead of the clip type. It's not bad though since the snap at the back is there so you can easily remove it without going through the belt. I decided to return it & got sent another Zippo pouch I didn't specify, they sent me the black clip type. So I just decided to keep it cuz it's not bad either. I actually ordered the thumb notch pouch but repeatedly sent wrong items by the same seller here in Philippines.

i've just bought this pouch on ebay, you could super glue the back stud?

@@rammbostein cool :D i have just recently had the idea of maybe drilling a hole through the back stud, and trying to rivet it together, you might have a rivet gun, or they are cheaper enough, a rivet isn't going to fail, i'd put the domed flatter side of the rivet on the inner backside of the pouch, you could also be inventive with how to protect the zippo from possible rubbing damage from the domed rivet head, this rivet idea would be heavy duty, and would never fail, oh well, just an idea :) (edited) you / i would probably need to trim down the rivet a little, to be able to insert it into the pouch, also, you could try metal clue, if you'd rather not drill a hole

I want to ask you bro..usually black and brown zippo pouches have MADE IN USA written on the back,may l know That this One does not have MADE IN USA on the back of the poich,,is this fake.can you explain thx🙏

Even though it is a genuine Zippo pouch it is made in India. Quality-wise it is very well put together, as side from the button snap that opens too easily
