Good Morning Jon. What a really informative Video once again. When this insert was first posted as a new addition to the regular items, I did wonder if it would be of interest to UK collectors? My PM answered that with several of my friends asking if I could get it for them. Result of that was I have about 12 coming over the pond. The fact you showed that the bits are able to be swapped out has certainly helped answer another question. The Armor case looks best to use from what you said. It would be awesome if Zippo did come out with a Ziplite insert as once again I have a couple of friends looking for that insert for their collections. Keep the videos coming Jon. The only reason I can think of for why Zippo says it won't fit the Armor cases.. (Bear with me, this has a bit of a long preamble...) The lid on Armor cases are technically shorter than regular cases. Not from the tip top of the lid, but along the shoulders. The Armor cases have a more rounded lid. In other words, same height internally at the very center point on the inside, but as it slopes away from the shoulders it's actually a little shorter. Ok, so what, you might ask. This is why Zippo says that single and double torch butanes won't fit. The tall, square edged chimney on a butane will actually *just* catch on the inside of an armor lid. The lid will not fully close and will leave a very slight gap. Now with production variance you may come across a combination of butane and armor that closes perfectly, but I tried several combinations of armor and butane inserts and sure enough, on average there was a tiny gap. Now you *could* take a file and just ever so slightly round off the top of the butane chimney and get it to fit just fine, but the main point is, as it comes from the factory they can't guarantee that it will always clear every armor Zippo. So what does this have to do with the Zippo Bits? Truthfully mine are still on the way, probably arriving tomorrow and probably after I have to leave for the whole day. What I suspect is, depending on which bit you put into the driver part of the insert, and possibly what orientation (Try inserting one of your bits into the insert "backwards" at the chimney part, so that the thick hex bit driver is sticking up.) it's possible that the bit orientation may possibly be *just* tall and wide enough to prevent every armor Zippo from fully sealing. It might be no big deal to the average person, but you just know that there is going to be someone out there who is just the right combination of character traits that will want to benefit form blowing this all out of proportion, or try to demean them for putting out a "faulty" product when all they're trying to do is innovate a little. Even if the answer is easy (put in a Phillips bit driver side up) you may still find complainers, that the bits should *always* allow the lid to close regardless of orientation. There are people who complain about the tiniest gap or tiniest wobble of the lid on Reddit, so for the sake of covering as many bases as possible, Zippo probably just decided best to make this declaration, that way if they get any complaints they can just cite their official position on the matter. Anyway I rambled on long enough on the subject. Probably more than any human being should be writing about something so ridiculously trivial.

Love the idea and will definitely be adding one to the collection. But I carry a leatherman and don’t see the need to carry an extra zippo.
