hi,, While Creating timetable, you put 11:00 AM as Ending In while for Beginning Out you put the time as 13:00 ....so what happens to the employees who punch in between 11:01 AM - 12:59 ? Will the device detect this time? This will be treated as In or Out?

I'm from Bangladesh, On of the best video on this software! Love it,,, But I have some issues here, I'll be thankful if you solve this,,, please. Three Departments 1. Support staff (7:45 to 2:45) 2. Office Staff (8:00 to 2:30) 3. Teacher (8:15 to 2:15) Now, how can I set this different time table to different dept? Please help me out, thank you brother.

1- create the 3 shift on "shift Timetable Maintenance" , 2- on shift management tab, create 3 shift with the different dept and to each other assign the correct Timetable regarding his Shift Timetable. - Finally, apply to each dept on "Schedule Employee's AC" tab the right Shift. I already do the process for my diffrent dept on company.And it's working well.

Hi Kashif, our pc with attendance software and data failed so we installed the software and connected the device to a new PC. But I could not find any users in the software while the device has all user data. How to connect the user details from attendance device to that the software in new PC. Also how to retrieve the attendance data for the last few days

Hello. I have zkteco f18 installed, it connects via ethernet and all department and employees set up. Now, I have installed this software on a different PC but I cannot see any details I created through the first PC. How can I import all the data from first PC? Also, can I run the software from both the PC's simultaneously?

AOA Kashif...Good video for the device...I have a different question however. I need to connect the ZKTeco device with the asp.net core solution. Can you help me in this regard. Its connect_net method not connecting the device with the machine and so is my problem.

i facing two problem, 1- mech take too much time for reading data, once downloads data they not appear any record in report while all shift and time manage as explained in vedio. when we check in mechine attendce , it show all record available. please also explain how upload attence record to software which download by usb, can we configrare this with bio 8.5

By default excel sheet not as proper as you want.. But after 1st export, you can copy data to your own template

Hello, thanks for the video 🙏 May I ask about how to delete the logs history, as the device became very slow in importing the attendance data, so I wanna delete the history of the attendance not the fingerprints itself. So, is there is a way to do that? Thanks in advance 🙏

Connect in software, Go to AC Manager Initiate can remove every thing.

If have same HR file ID,, you can keep the user, only change status to suspend Otherwise remove user from machine and use same id to new employe.
