Been using the Shad fry a lot. Awesome lures and durable of course. They absolutely slip a lot and the tail wraps the hook if you’re not using the zman micro heads though.

These finally hit the market? Can’t wait to use them I usually use Bobby garland but the toughness of zman is hard to beat

I haven't tried these yet but they sound a lot like the Mr. Crappie Shadpole -- the little ball end on the tail gets tangled in the hook every few casts. Pretty annoying!

DO NOT attempt to dye these baits with Spike-it. The material is very thin in the tail and the dye melts it. BOOM! Nicely dyed body, but no tail!
