I love it when you can walk into a factory, grab any employee on the floor and every single one of them is an absolute PRO that knows their shit inside and out. Believe me when I tell you, that is NOT always the case. Awesome video man, this was really cool.

I love this Alfred. I found your channel about a year ago. I love that if I won't put my family in it I won't put your family in it. Thank you for this. I love your channel. I would run to you as a boat manufacturer not walk. Your attitude is infectious, but more than that, you are trusted. You have a trusted and knowledgeable group friends in the industry. Sweet Bro, I have a 550 Pro Open 2016 how cool to see those fine american workers that provided the skilled labor for my boat that I already sooo Loved already. Now I'm even happier. Cheers Alfred. I just recently stumbled on your Chit shows. : )

Spraying resin without a respirator? I’ve known fiberglass workers who didn’t wear a carbon filter mask. Polyester resin curing is not healthy. Wear a mask! Also note the dust on the factory floor. Sweeping glass dust without a mask is another no no.

I watched few videos of re-tubing RIBs all the ones i seen their hulls where not water tight other than the Zodiac branch some had huge sections covered by the tube on top the tubes where held in position by tape, worse when they where cutting the tape, it was very easily pulling away from the hull section definitely Not confidence Inspiring for a boat that your life may depend on one day, does make sense why Zodiacs are more expensive they are the RR of RIBs many thanks for this great video

27:55 -- We get the tubes from Tunisia? Hulls and tubes are manufactured in completely separate locations and assembled at a later date after curing and shipping. I'm sure the process is high quality, but wouldn't make sense to do it all in one facility?

Next time I look at a RIB, I will think about all those great guys working hard in the factory. Hardworking and dedicated. Hope they have got good wages...then I won’t mind to pay the price...

I have a 2003 yacht tender 10R. Just got it this summer after it was neglected the last year's. Put away muddy. I bleached it, then removed the stains with break cleaner. Looks almost new. Only glue.separation was from the aftermarket davits. I planned on cleaning it, patching any leaks then selling. I'm keeping it and already planning to add accessories.

Not a fan of the spray paint booth or the lamination area, that is not a safe environment for the employees. They are exposed every day to the toxic epoxy and paint fumes, not to mention the fine fiberglass particulates in the air. They should all be wearing 3M respirators as a bare minimum safety requirement.
