Zoe, when you do the leg press at the gym you dont wanna hyper extend your legs everytime and lock your knees straight. A girl at my gym did that and hher knee poped backwards. Like to the back of her leg.

I really like the 'relaxed vlogging'! It makes the vlogs better quality I think, and it keeps the pressure away, so I'm absolutely fine with that!

Casual is key! I don't tend to set myself super tight deadlines because I definitely work better with looser goals. Daily vlogging is toughest in part because your mood is so different on different days! Some days are just so not vlog days for me, but some days it's all I want to do, so I get it
