Appreciate the video, What's the best way to wean off 25mg Sertraline? Have taken for 18 months but have been recommended to switch to Agomelatine, harder than I expected.

Dated is to presumed availability of primary care providers -- whole referral structure needs to accommodate their becoming a vanishing breed.

My doctor prescribed this to me but I did not take it because I’m very scared of the side effects. I’ve suffered from anxiety attacks/ panic attacks for a long time. It’s even worse since I lost my mom recently. The panic attacks runs my blood pressure up very quickly. I’m scared of any anxiety/ panic attacks meds. I’ve been researching them all. I’m to terrified

Sorry for your lost, if you feel your back is against the wall, I think you should give it a try, I’m 33 and started Wellbutrin 3 1/2 weeks ago and noticed mood and energy plus appetite changes, I had a couple of bad days and went from 150mg to 300mg I’ve also started Zoloft 50mg today hopefully I’ll have good results, good luck with everything, I was also very anxious about starting medication feeling like I was being weak but some times they can save your life … I was definitely spiraling for the worse ❤️

@@Carlyle3rd thank you! I would rather start something with very little side effects. I have to care for my kids so I don't need anything to have me feeling out of place. I have been seeing scary side effects with a lot of these meds. My friend is taking Wellbutrin so the Wellbutrin doesn't help you fully?

@@Dabeauty123 Yeah it’s best to start with the smallest dose as possible to lessen the chance of side effects, and go slow from there, your doctor will definitely help you adjust slowly over time and it’s important to keep your doctor informed on how you are feeling. As for the Wellbutrin it has been great so far but I had maybe 3 very bad days over the course of 3 weeks or so which made me reach out for a higher dose, then lead to Zoloft in addition, honestly I probably should have waited out the well for longer being that it can take 4-6 weeks to work but I became impatient, I also think I had the wrong prospective for the medication thinking that it’s a instant fix, but now im taking it slow also trying to incorporate changes in my life for the better to meet the meds half way, I quit smoking and drinking, since I’ve been able to work out more and save more money which has been contributing to my depression at times, just stay focus and patience you’ll be fine 🙏🏾

I used to take Zoloft but then I stopped after learning the scientific facts that it has no clinical effectiveness above its placebo effects. Now I don't believe it will help me and so there's no reason to take it.
