One of my wife and my all-time favorite games. She likes it so much that I basically have free reign to back Zombicide games from now til the end of time. Always ready to watch a Zombicide playthrough!

I got creative instead of lazy on the bases … and this play was brought on from the talks of marvel zombicide. Very excited for that one! :)

Wow...was talking to a friend about this game earlier today. I love that they are bring Marvel Zombies to the Zombicide universe but the price is insane. I can't wait for it to be released, however, to watch some great playthroughs! I hope you bring more of this to the table.

@writerguy911 I've been passing on KickStarters knowing about Marvel Zombies so I can go all-in. I think it's going to get even more expensive. :)

Nice video! I don't own any zombicide games (I do have C:DMD) and was very tempted by undead or alive but ultimately passed. Now Marvel Zombies is even more tempting even though it cost so much! Decisions, decisions....

@aSyphodias I got C:DMD, and the only regret I have is not getting the HUGE Cthulhu ... so for Marvel Zombies, I'm going all-in!! :)

@@DaletheCasualGamer Will you be doing a video of your thoughts on Marvel Zombies? I want to get it (but it is so expensive - especially for Australians) and I always appreciate your opinion. Does all=in include Galactus?

@@achang101 I'll see if I can work something in. And for me all-in does include Galactus, but for people who haven't been saving the past couple months, that is the piece, for me, that would be optional. I went all-in without reading into the game, and now after reading the rules, I'm even more excited for the game. Playing as a zombie hero, or a zombie sounds great. And my favorite is in the game ... Magneto!! :)

I love this game! I unfortunately didn't do the Kickstarter so don't have all the goodies. :( I also enjoy the 1st edition of Zombicide Modern. Not sure if it's worth picking up 2nd edition considering the space and cost.

@Satt M I've been saving my money for the Marvel Zombies. Passed on the modern 2nd edition, just love the fantasy theme in Black Plague. But also have Undead or Alive backed too. Fun game system! :)

With Marvelcide being the fomo du jour I’ve been wanting a basic overview of the system and mechanics. You’ve provided that in spaces. Much thanks. It’s not what you would call deep, is it? I would likely play any Zombiecide game. It looks like good fun. I would never buy a copy though. There is very little chance I personally would get it to the table and I have much crunchier dungeon crawls for playing solo. So I guess you can say you saved my collection from Galactus.

@JJE McManus I'm glad I was able to save your collection from Galactus!! It's very much a chuck some dice and hope to get lucky style of game that is not very deep, just "AmeriTrash" fun. How's your miniature painting skills? ... I'm gonna need some help on this one. ;)

Great video! Can you share where you got all the cool accessories like the card holder & sleeves, doors, and dice tray? Thanks!

Card holder is "Broken Token", sleeves were Fantasy Flight (now discontinued), but most hobby stores have a brand or two in stock, doors were part of the kickstarter campaign, but can still be found, and the dice tray is from a D&D dice set. Hope that helps, and happy gaming! :)

Lovely playthrough! Do you think you'll keep your Marvel United stuff with Marvel Zombies coming in? I'm in a similar boat; I just backed Marvel United: X-Men and am currently going all in on Marvel Zombies.

@Commander Shepard All I know for sure is, all those miniatures are not getting painted! lol They are very different style games, so I do see me keeping them both ... but I need to start culling my other games to make some room!!

The 3D doors are an add-on for the game, and contrast paints make the painting easy. :)

What is your opinion on Zombicide solo overall? Is 6 characters a lot to handle?

The game mechanics are pretty straight forward, so running 6 isn't too bad to run. Just as an FYI, the new Marvel Zombies, you can run 4 or 6 characters! :)

6 seems like a lot of overhead. Can the game be fun solo with less characters?

@behrytov Almost all the scenarios require 6 heroes to play, so not an ideal option for solo play.

Correct. The game mechanics are easy enough that it's not really an issue, and I've actually found the game to be best at 2 or 3 players (so controlling 3 or 2 characters).
