I never comment but I wanted to express how much your music has helped me. I listened to EVERYTHING on your KZfaq in 2020-2021 when I was in a really dark place. You seemed to be going through mental health struggles of your own at the time. I, like you, sang and wrote to extract the darkness from within onto the page and into the air (side note: I would love to sing and/or write with you sometime :) ). Your music and the raw emotion you express helped me through 2 a.m. studying, pandemic quarantined lockdown & curfew, anxiety attacks, depressive lows, and toxic situations. I haven't checked your channel in a while (2ish years) due to reasons unrelated to you or your content, yet felt compelled to end my night with some of your music and was so very glad to hear this beautiful cover. More so, I am exceptionally glad to see positivity in your eyes and an unburdened smile on your face. From my own personal growth and healing, as well as having worked in mental health, I can tell you seem much happier. You carry yourself as though a weight has been lifted and you continue to make progress to become the healthiest version of you. Perhaps I am wrong, but regardless I wanted to congratulate you on the work you have done in all aspects of your life. Friendly reminder that you are brilliant, creative, genuine, compassionate, creative, talented, and oh so beautiful inside and out. Be proud of the impact you are making and please don't stop being the bright light you are. Should you ever want someone (of similar age) to talk to, I would be honoured to be a support for you the way your music was for me. Thank you for being so vulnerable, genuine and honest with the world. Missed you too Jess but I knew why you were away so it's all good. I can patiently wait for your Beautiful self, voice, and talent. When I saw the new background I thought hmmm I'm guessing that you have got new place again. I hope that your schooling is going well. As I was listening/watching this video I wondered how many times you have to practice a song on average before feeling like you can do a video of it in one take. I also thought man if someone was to listen to your cover then Bad wolves cover then the original I think they would think how crazy good all three sound in their own right. As far as how have I been doing since I last saw you on the regular via the live streams well let's just say that I have been getting by and going a little crazy to find a new job cuz I really feel like I need to alter the type of work that I do it still be able to provide for my family. It hasn't been easy out here in the northwest to be able to do that but I'll keep trying. Great to see and hear you again. I hope that you are having a good one and that all is well with your family.
