Dolores' voice really captured the anguish the song speaks of. Tommy's voice captured the anger and frustration. Addie, the growl to cry, dang it. Just... dang it.

I didn’t expect the original lyrics given the reference to Bad Wolf’s version, which has updated lyrics. God I love this song, it rends at the heart with raw emotion. Dolores will aways be remembered! Thank you, Holocene! We needed this. I needed this.

The Cranberries definitely produced one of the best songs ive ever heard including that iconic video that no one will ever forget when bad wolves did their version of the song it was absolutely quality and I have encouraged people to check out both versions of the song for a long time and here I am now listening to your version and it's just as incredible and I encourage everyone to check it out because it's fantastic.

Out of The Cranberries, Violet Orlandi, Bad Wolves and this one. I actually like Bad Wolves version of the song the least. A strong female vocal is just something you can't take away from that song.

I never liked Bad Wolves cover not only do they seem to very generic sounding but I felt it lacked the emotion of the original, it felt more like they thought it was just a cool song disregarding what it's actually about, maybe that isn't true but that was my impression.

same! was already thinking where i left my walkman! and if i still had battery's for it somewhere. jump on my bicycle and do the trip to my school from 12 years ago once more, just because those were the moments i discovered all the music that i still love right know. And the awesome Bands like Halocene making these covers make it to my homepage and in that way i discover their own music so i can add those to my library. keeping my collection growing just like the memory's you created in life. Thank you Halocene but also Thank you community! i always get lost in these comment sections with all these wholesome reactions, knowing that "90%" of the online reactions are hate or negativity.

I've watched this at least a dozen times. The 90s music scene was such an interesting time and songs like this were ahead of their time. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the cover by Bad Wolves, and this is an amazing "blend'.

Im a hardcore metal fan, but Zombie is my all time favourite song, and Bad Wolves did such an amazing rendition with a hell of a sad backstory to it with O'Riordan dying that very day. This does it just as much justice.

Damn, that distortion on the first “head,” was surprising but AMAZING. Damn, girl! And everyone did so well, the drums really driving, and the guitar riff and solo. So good. This is quality. My fiancé was actually listening to this song today when he was taking me to a doctor’s appointment (even with my health issues, he’s just, there and supportive and chooses that it’s worth it 🥰) and was talking about loving this song. I need to show him this. Like… NOW. Rock on!

Something I like to do is put this version and Gabriella's version on at the same time. The orchestra approach and the rock approach playing at the same time (Preferably on the same device so it mixes better) sounds just so amazing. Both versions are amazing but put together is truly an experience.

I'm so glad that yall did Zombie. I heard that The Cranberries were going to to this song with Bad Wolves and the day that they were gonna do it, she killed herself from what I heard. Ots what my dad told me. She was a great singer. RIP The Cranberries. Love yall❤🙏

Dolores O'Riordan was supposed to be meeting with Bad Wolves to record their cover later on the same morning she was found dead in a bathtub. Apparently she got drunk, decided to take a bath, passed out in it, and drowned. The live version of Bad Wolves' cover is amazing. Got a chance to see them in 2019 before COVID shut down concerts. It's dripping with the poignancy that the song was meant to reflect.

The cool thing is that Bad Wolves donated the money from their cover to Dolores oriordans (pretty sure I misspelled that) children. I am not a big fan of Bad Wolves but they killed this cover, and gained a lot of respect from me because ofnit

I’m very particular about covers to this song. If it doesn’t hit all the emotions of the original, it’s hard to listen to. This is absolutely amazing. Gave me chills. No joke I started the video thinking, let’s see if I like this one and about 35 seconds into the song I was like, this is the best intro to this song I’ve ever heard. And then the chorus kicked in and I was just in awe. Crazy how music can bring us all together
