I feel like the police team should have a captain/commander role where they can call in a heli once to have a better fighting chance since the police team have shared cooldowns

Nice and clean driving, with some pretty good skills. I am a little bit jealous that despite all my training my skill is nowhere near your skill and talent. how does the Heli still work? if there's no set route then it doesn't have a guide of where to place the spike strips

its in the interceptor gamemode, it will attempt to predict the path of the racer and place spikes in front of it, if it goes the wrong path it will teleport close to the racer.

Undoubtedly no one want to play with (hardcore) cheaters. Normally you can't summon helicopter in Most Wanted mode. So a summoned helicopter is sure sign that someome used cheat. Helicopter on its own isn't going to be real threat. Since it's easy to lose it by changing road since helicopter is programmed to only go stright and telerport (telerport into the zone doesn't revert the cooldown) so it's more or less a rather minor inconvenience. But sometimes it leaves so much particles it makes road difficult to see. Or if played with very strong players
