Ya know, it’s missing one thing. Cutscenes first the introduction (Sorta like Agatha’s school) but the a nurse is waiting to greet you. Says stuff. Goes through a door, comes a option to follow or not. (Follow does not kill you, just puts you in more dangerous situation) and death animations.

The boss fight is dissapointing, but i don't judge the developer too hard cuz it's the best DD fangame i've seen, if he made the camera more moving up & down while running, and various more close killing animations and that giant red screen in zone transition, it would be identical

Dude everything is perfect in this fanmade , the map , the graphics , the monsters ( they are really fast ) , and even te music , and i like the way the map changes , im didnt play the fanmade but the dev should put like another building : like you finish the modern hospital , and then you go out of the building , you walk up a hill and find the old hospital where the big nurse is , and yes , the old hospital part need some changes : -The big nun's chase music should be the same theme but scarier -he ( the dev ) should add cool jumpscares -the nurses in the modern hospital should be nerfed : normal speed but he could ( the dev ) put many nurses ( 10 to 15 ( insane mode ) nurses modern hospital ) but the old hospital nurses should have high ( but not too high ) speed but there is only 5 to 8 ( insane mode ) of them and the big nurse -the faster nurses in the old hospital could have a different style like the devs could call them Frenzy Nurses : they could have like holed and dirty clothing , and their bags on the head could have holes with red eyes . -the saws should be reworked , they are a bit broken : make a little space in the walls and make the saw bigger and faster -and finally there could be another trap in the modern hospital like the clown chapter music box : like dot sounds going faster and faster and when it gets to fast , a giant sringe hits the player . THESE ARE ONLY IDEAS I HAD WHILE I WAS WATCHING THE VID : IM NOT OBLINGING THE DEV TO DO OR EVEN TO READ MY COMMENT THANK YOU .

The background Music may sound scary and eerie, but it kind brings the dramatic vibes about the tragedy that happened in the hospital.
