@Stanley Dougé Haiti is over crowded ? Please subscribe to my channel in order to understand that Port-au-Prince and it's surrounding is not Haiti. Haiti is way bigger than that, did you know that there's 10 departments? ...the 10 departments are over crowded? If you put Haiti and "over crowded" as a Google search, you will only find over crowded prisons as results. Thanks for sharing the idea that buildings are great solutions for over crowded areas.
