We left Balado Airfield to try and make progress towards getting home. As the weather was looking to be changing the next day, we managed to get a ZONE TRANSIT through Edinburgh Airport, as this was the quickest route to East Fortune airfield. The events of this flight, flying down the Forth Bridges was just amazing and I don't know when I would do that again.
I hope this video inspires more pilots to note that you don't need to go fast, you don't need a Rotax 912, what you do need is mates to fly with to make the journey fun.
