Hello my lovely friends and family, hope you are all doing great by God's grace. This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
I share with you today how to make another variation of what is commonly known in the Zongo Community as Hausa Beer (non-alcoholic) or Lamugee, delicious Spiced Rice Drink. I hope you give this a try and enjoy it.
***Ingredients***
3 cups Rice
1/4 cup Ginger (chopped)
5-8 fingers of Dry Red Chilli
1tbsp Black peppercorns
1/2tbsp Cloves (Pepre)
1/2tbsp Aligator Pepper/Grains of Paradise (Efom Wisa)
Sugar to Serve
Ice to Serve
