Holy crap ZOOM not Zoho brain gone sorry. I do so many Zoho videos. Replace everytime I say Zoho with Zoom please.

Paul, near the beginning you said that with Meeting any participant can mute or un-mute their audio. Well that depends on host settings - as I host I can begin with everyone at the meeting muted, and I can then un-mute them individually or un-mute them all as a group if I choose. Check closely at settings and see if I'm wrong there. Thanks.

No option to do that Yes you can mute all if it gets crazy loud. In meetings they control their own mute after that. Point of a meeting is everyone is there for a discussion. Otherwise use webinar.

Thanks for the explaination. I have one thing I struggle about, and maybe you will have an idea. In my case I want people to pay for zoom meeting, so they all could talk to each other at the event.But I want each participant will recieve a unique link so they could not share it with others.

Thank you Paul. Can you clarify the difference between a host and a panelist? My scenario: I want to host a webinar. In this webinar I want to have myself and two other people be able to speak at different parts of the webinar. BUT, I don't want all 3 videos (presenters) to be shown together(on the same screen). I want each to be the only person visible when its time for them to speak. Do I need to remove them as a panelist to do that (and put them as an attendee)? Would I just add them back if I want them to speak at the end? Thanks for your help.

Host is admin. Can upgrade attendees to participants and back down. Hmm. I think... you can spotlight one participant so when it's their turn you can make there video the one showing. Other than that yeah you'd maybe have to kick others and bring them back in. More free training at pnuk.co/zoomtraining

Thanks Paul,very helpflul,but I still have some question to consult you: 1.My understanding is that the Webinar can be used for Q&A environments and polling sessions, while the Zoom meeting can't. This seems like a strong demand, right? 2.Suppose the number of Panelists has reached 100, and an attenders raise their hands and hope to ask questions through voice access, then the number of interlocutor has exceeded 100. What will happen then? 3.I noticed that Webinars integrates with a lot of CRM software. Is CRM software a mainstream scenario?

1. Yeah there's no polling option on a meeting. 2. You need to kick someone to get them in or you need to pay more for more panelists. 3. Not sure what that means. If you are hosting webinars for customers then it's probably worth integrating it with your CRM.

You may know how to use Zoom But you need to up your game on presenting that skill. I watched only a few minutes and could see that you were not aware of the view us watchers have. If you are comparingg features we need to be able to see which features belong to which list, not get confused as I did, by your reference to this or that, and " Its like I said". NO, its not like you said at all. Sorry but you run on and on, with no pause for breath.
