This is based on Zoom's latest update, released April 15, 2024. You can now customize your meeting's wallpaper in Zoom Meeting. This is the black part behind your video rectangle. Zoom currently supports a variety of pre-set designs and an option to overlay them across your attendees' backgrounds as well.
