I can make the transitions and when saving them in the presets it shows up and zooms in, but it doesnt zoom in on my actual video?

You have to download sapphire plugin. There are a lot of tutorials on KZfaq :)

I tried following your tutorial but I am not getting any zooms... 1. I did overlap fade to .04 2. followed all values to Swish3D 3. all wrap to reflect what else did I miss? im usisng Sony Vegas Pro 12

Oh Did you click the transitions tab? or the video fx tab? Because it only works with the transitions one!!!
