Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun is a real-time strategy video game developed by Westwood Studios and released in 1999. The main storyline follows the second major war between the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) of the United Nations, and the global terrorist organization known as the Brotherhood of Nod. The story takes place 30 years after the GDI had won the First Tiberium War in Command & Conquer.

What is an alt scout? I have seen this but I don't understand what that would be.

Set a helipad (or war factory for subs) to have a rally point in unscouted terrain (keys being Ctrl+ALT). Then build a harpy or orca fighter. They fly to that point and reveal map the whole way. It’s within the mechanics of the game but people don’t like it because it feels like cheating - as if subs and air units were supposed to be able to travel to unscouted points, they’d be able to without the rally point loophole.
