Thanks! CF plates are very stiff and rigid but since the Zoom is a gasket mounted board you still have some bounce via the compression of the gaskets. But PC feels softer for sure. Sound is crisp and I generally like CF a lot. Check my Neo65 videos with CF as well, if you like.

agreed! Was the first "good" set I bought after I entered the hobby a little over a year ago. Will probably never sell it :)

@@wegi7751 Also, forgot to ask, do you think a keeb can sound clacky with a higher pitch with this thick pbt set, idk since I have yet to put it on a board and am trying to decide on what switch (summertimes or black sesames) to buy since I like a mid-high pitched clacky and marbly sound (Neo series of boards is known for being very clacky and high pitched for some context) Thank you so much for the help!😊

@@poppy69420 Keycaps dont affect sound too much (switches, foams and plate material are far more influential). There is a difference in sound between abs and pbt, but it isnt massive.

I'm sure I tested it without foams but don't remember how it sounded exactly, sorry. Obviously I liked it better with one foam. And yes, internal weight is installed.

@@wegi7751 darn i got the flex cut pcb. after applying 2 layers of masking tape on the cuts, it still sounds thin. $72 is too much for an extra non flex cut pcb :(
