Yes "tribute bands" do try and mimic their band. I believe it's their job to do so. The guitarist plays with the mannerisms of Jimmy Page. The lead singer moves around just like Robert Plant (and inadvertently looks like him). If you don't want all that "fluff" i recommend Classic Albums Live. They are "studio" musicians who dress in Black and play famous albums "Note for Note". The real test is to close your eyes and listen...do you feel like you're hearing the real band? Classic Albums Live does that...Zoso comes pretty close.

@@larrybenson2391 I appreciate your reasoning. If I was born yesterday, your explanation might make some sense. But since I have been in many bands and have seen hundreds of copy bands over the years my comments come for experience and are accurate. I have also seen Led Zeppelin live a few times. Sorry, the guitarist does not act or play like Jimmy Page. Jimmy never walked to stage front while playing. The lead singer almost moves around like Robert Plant. The drummers playing was the closest as Bonham. I'm sorry sir, I know they are working hard and hopefully enjoying themselves. I can tell your really like this act. But, I laughed at some of their over acting that is not necessary at all!
