Feeder ka "common TB" se "feedback TB" tak short(loop) karenge toh bypass ho jayega

we don't have spb12 probe of jayashree. We have normal proximity sensor PNP type. After doing the connection as per like the spb12 probe. our zss doesn't work as required.

RPM calculate karne k liye aap ko Gear ratio and motor rpm malum hona chahiye. Nehi toh rpm ka knob ghumaiye ,jaise hi relay pick up hoga stop kar dijiye. Yeh shor cut process.

Screw feeder me lagaya h toh minimum 4rpm aata h. 10rpm ke niche sense nhi karega kya? Agar karega toh kaise setting karna padega

First run the belt, then rotate the speed knob slowly , when your middle LED ( Green) will glow stop to rotate the 'speed knob'. The speed will be set.

By pass process 1. If you want to bypass from controller, you have to make a loop from 8 no. TB to 9no. TB. 2. If you want to bypass MCC feeder side you have to check your drawing.
