【生涯一書生】
武術とは、すべからく、道具（武器）への対応と活用を想定すべき、である。それが拓心武道の考え方であり、本来の極真空手の思想であった。だが、その思想が完全に変質してしまった。
私は、そのことを嘆く前に、古流の極真空手の技を尋ね、さらに大山倍達師範の修行時代に思いを馳せて、修練をしている。そして、身体に感謝しながら、「生涯一書生」として、死んでいきたい。

【As a student, all my life】
Martial arts must always be practiced with the consideration of how to respond to and utilize tools (weapons). That is the thinking behind Takushin Budō, and the original philosophy of Kyokushin Karate. However, that philosophy has been completely altered.
Before lamenting this, I am now training, inquiring about the techniques of old-style Kyokushin Karate and thinking back to my days training under Shihan Masutatsu Oyama.And, while being grateful for my body, I would like to die “As a student, all my life.”

この技は、手刀打ちにより相手にダメージを与えるようには使っていないことを断っておく。拓心武道では、手刀を相手にダメージを与えるように使うことのみならず、相手の身体を崩すように使う。また、自らの手にもナイフを持ち、相手を切ったりするように使う。したがって、その応用は多岐にわたる。
I should make it clear that this technique is not used to inflict damage on the opponent with a Shuto strike. In Takushin Budo, the Shuto is not only used to inflict damage on the opponent, but also to break the opponent's body. It is also used by holding a knife in one's own hand and cutting the opponent.Therefore, its applications are diverse.
