Zucchini and oatmeal for breakfast, 3 ingredients recipe!
This is easy breakfast recipe, if you have 1 zucchini at home, just add oat flour and honey, bake it and ready to eat for breakfast, for topping add any nut butter you have at home, fruit and seeds like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds
Ingredients :
1 zucchini (200g).
60g (1/2 cup) oat flour .
1 tbsp honey .
for topping:
Almond butter .
Banana.
Flax seeds .
Cinnamon powder.
Oil.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 18-20 minutes .
