When swagger says that after 6 months of quiting smoking your lungs will go back to normal. Me who learned at biology that they will never go back to the way they were, your just making sure it doesn't get worse.

That's not entirely true either. You should see major health improvements within 6 months, but to fully recover up to the level of a nonsmoker can take as longs as 15 years.

@@tacobellvevo1941 no i'm pretty sure it's irreparable damage because it destroys your lung blisters. Yes after 15 years your chances of dying from smoke related diseases and illnesses are the same as someone who has never smoked in their life but being as healthy as you once where or as someone who has never smoked i highly doubt it. Of course this also depends on how long you've been smoking. So yes you can make a great recovery but the same as someone who has never smoked in their life, no that won't happen. There will still be some damage even if it's minuscule.

I definitely feel Mason on the Rust logo. I have a quote from Destiny on my arm along with our family’s symbol. I honestly believe that Destiny made me who I am, because before that game, I was the most anti-social person you could know. And Destiny forced me into a position to actually have to communicate, and talk to people from all sorts of backgrounds in order to progress. I actually became social, and was able to hold a conversation, you can attribute it to growing up, but to me it means a ton more, 5 star podcast haha

i've had severe alcohol poisoning, and severe food poisoning. Alcohol is worse, but it last for hours Food is terrible, but it last for up to a week. Without considering the liver pain over the next following days, i'd take the alcohol.
