I was a Zumba instructor 6 years. I got a late start. I'm 65 now. Can't do the energy level I once did. I no longer teach. But I would not trade those wonderful 6 years for anything!!!

Finally, a video dance moves that matched the title. Unlike others that claimed to be for beginners but with moves like triple ninja back flip. I found this videos and another one with older lady instructors are very suitable for someone who don’t know hot to dance. Thank you for showing the basic steps that a few of us absolutely needed. 👍🙏

I've tried many forms of exercise and I believe all exercise can help someone lose weight. However, Zumba is the only workout where I've lost weight and inches -- and it is noticeable. I have to say that there are many different Zumba instructors and videos here on YT BUT...Mauricio is the perfect "hype" man who gets you in the mood to give it your all and Maritza is inspiring. Your videos have now become the only ones I watch and with just 15 mins of Zumba, 10 mins on the stationary bike and 3000-5000 steps a day--I'm good! Thank you both and much love❤

Just found your channel. My name is Carmen, I live in Germany, am 65. Somehow, I have the rhythm in my DNA, but I find taking Zumba classes here is extremely tiresome… why? I don’t feel the “passion”for rhythm, music and dance….classes seem to become competitive Workouts (Who is most perfect, can keep the rhythm best) so that the participants forget to have fun! That is what I appreciate so much about your videos… they are highly effective, and are still fun !!!!!Once I start thinking too much About what to do next with my brain, I lose my rhythm! you have an excellent way of combining both, dance expertise and fun!!!! thank you!
