One thing to keep in mind, should the enemy keep running and hiding from you: Buildings Can't Kite. If they wanna hide behind their buildings like cowards, turn those structures to rubble instead. To prove how effective this strategy is, I recommend going Ziggs or Tristana in your next game (or any other turret-melter). At the end of the game, ask them how easy it was to hide behind such small stacks of rubble.
